Snow Go
6 GoodGymers made their way 4.9km to help the Castle Hill Community Centre in Ipswich.

Up until an hour before our meeting time the weather had looked like having little impact on our plans, but then the Beast from the East roared and threw down some heavy snow making conditions on paths quite treacherous in places
With temperatures at -2 and snow falling numbers were unsurprisingly affected with just 5 die hards making it tonight - Tom, Kerry, Robin, Andrew & JJ - kudos to you all.
Last minute communication with the Garath at the Castle Hill Community Centre resulted in having to call off the planned task, due to the distance of the run in the unfavourable conditions and the low numbers.
We decided we'd still go out for a shorter run along the river, thinking conditions may not be too bad. JJ, having already run a fair distance just to meet us, decided to head back home before it got too icy.
The first part of the run along the Waterfront was sheltered and had little snow, but turning at bridge to head along the other side of the river was a different matter with compacted snow making it quite slippery in places. With care we took in a small portion of the Great East Run course before turning to head back, with more snow beginning to fall.
Getting back to the clearer paths made for a more comfortable final mile back to base.
Thanks to Andrew for tonights photos & JJ for the title pun.
Hopefully normal service will be resumed next week
