Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Elizabeth
Earlier today, I helped Ms L by doing a small food shop. She's currently unable to carry heavier items.
After calling at Ms L's to collect her shopping list and money, I visited a Sainsbury's to whizz around before the lunch crowd hit.
I fairly flew around the store, checking best before dates on vegetables, and googling Coco milk. I'd clarified several items when picking up the list, so everything was pretty straightforward. With no queue at the tills, I began to wonder: Would this be my fastest ever shopping trip?
Sadly, no.
With everything going so well, alarm bells starting to ring in my head. I double checked the receipt against the shopping list before leaving the store, and discovered my zeal for best before dates had resulted in a cauliflower being bought instead of a cabbage.
Happier now that I had identified a problem to solve, I got a manager to issue a refund for the unwanted cauli and got the right brassica this time.
Shortly after, I dropped the shopping, three receipts, and change back with Ms L before returning to work.

Great work, Elizabeth! Love the choice of word 'brassica' :)
