The task for Ernestas and Amy this sunny Wednesday evening was to move a sofa and coffee table, to facilitate a hospital discharge for Mrs L.

When we arrived, our job seemed already to be half done! Two of Mrs L's friends were sitting outside in the sunshine, with the sofa already waiting on the pavement to be collected by the council. Having been given such a big helping hand, it didn't take long to complete the task, moving a coffee table from the middle of the living room to make more room for a bed.

Mission completed, a nice chat to Mrs L's friends, and it was off to finish our runs in the evening sunshine.
