This morning I took a walk to Ms W's care home to say hello and see how she was doing. I brought her a few cherry tomatoes, freshly picked from my garden; they are very sweet this year, in spite of the weather. She tasted one and agreed they were very nice and she'd have them later on with her lunch. We had a little chat, catching up on each other's news and, once I checked that the TV was on her favourite channel, I said my goodbyes and promised I'd visit her next week.
