Today I visited Ms W in her care home. She has lots of chocolates from her birthday presents and most of one of her birthday cakes, a very pretty Daisy Cake. She's had a slice of that with coffee while we were having a little chat. I changed the TV to her favorite channel before I left, and a cookery show was on. She tells me she'd had more than enough of cookery shows, yet it was her favourite channel after all, so she was alright with that. I promised we'll try and visit her again next week and she is looking forward to that.
