This was a first Goodgym visit to Mrs S who has sadly lost her husband and both of her sons. She gets quite lonely and finds to difficult to motivate herself to go out. We spent the hour finding out about each other and found we have quite a lot in common. She used to love gardening, but has left her garden to go a bit wild, but it looks amazing, full of forget-me-nots!
