This morning, in the beautiful sunshine, Cheska and I ran down to Redmayne View Care Home (while following social distancing guidelines) after they text our run leader asking for some help to spread some colour along their fencing. The residents are stuck in their rooms with nothing to look at so Cheska made some wonderful rainbow plaits to go along the fence and had a little chat with some of the residents at the same time. My family had painted some rainbow pictures which we added too.
