Upon arrival at Mr R he ask me if it was ok with me to go to east street to get him the shopping. I've reassured him that it was ok and he gave me is shopping list. Mr R ask me if I could get him 24 x tins of spam (which I wouldn't be able to carry back) After reducing to a more manageable number of tins and giving me the rest of his shopping list and in which shop I will find the items I was on my way there. When I can back with all his grocery Mr R was extremely grateful and praising of goodgym for the help offered. We then bid each other farewell
