Sometimes you want to go // Where everybody knows your name
4 GoodGymers made their way 3.0km on a training session in Liverpool.
- Monday, 8th of June 2020
- Led by Char Binns
A small but mighty team of 4 took on this week's GoodGym Liverpool Name Game Challenge.
While we're not able to be together, we're still thinking of each other. There are reminders of each other on every streets corner... no literally! Check out this collection of street signs and shop fronts; it is a glossary of GoodGymers!
The collection includes:
- St Ambrose Grove
- Becky Street
- 2 x photos of rubbish bins, but my preference, Binns Road
- BP Chargemaster
- Effie the cat
- A bit of a stretch but Thornycroft Road + Agnes Field sort of makes Thorton-Field!
- 2 x Gibson Road
- The Harrison Hughes Building
- JC News & Wine
- Knotty Ash Tandoori
- Matalan
- St Matthew's Church
- Town Row
- A Rowan Tree
- Rutherford Road
- Sam's Takeaway
- A statue of Samuel Smith
- Timothy's Fish & Chips
- Willmer Road
Updated 12/06: I've now uploaded Pauline's late entries and by heck, they are crackers!
I also had grand plans for this game but due to feeling under the weather wasn't able to play. Keep an eye on my Strava and I'll post photos there when I'm back to it.
Thanks for playing folks!
Next week we'll have another virtual fitness session. Hope you can join us - sign-up here.
