The run to Mosaic was swift, moving in formation like a wolf pack through the darkness...... Howllllll in the hell are we coping with this cold? Is that more rain? A steady pace heading out and we are royally ready for the last challenge of the night..... The Queens Park 1Mile time trial. No nonsense, no fuss this team is fierce, into the night, they're off. Just enough time to send a tweet and already I can see them in the distance, hurtling towards the finish line.....STOOPPPPP Gasping for air, cheeks rosy in A Royal Flush Should have worked them harder, they look far too happy for my liking, next time twice round I think!!

A comfy jog takes us the 2 last miles back home to base and that's it for another month, February done.
