Today 8 runners did a cracking job running from Croydon to Greenwich to help prepare themselves for upcoming races like the Big Half and the Bucharest races happening this year.

It was a strong effort over a good distance; the two groups so close in pace that we got to meet up at our designated rest stops en route. We made it to the Cutty Sark slightly ahead of schedule, and rewarded ourselves with a nice pub lunch. Thanks to all for sending some snaps (including Alex's dream car) and well done to Conroy and Frances who each did some more running at the end to round up their mileage!

Special shout out to Stuart who joined us with Louise, Frances and Conroy at South Norwood Country Park, for whom this was his longest ever run!

Keep your eyes peeled for more training runs South of the river, and best of luck training for your races!
