This morning GoodGym runners from Croydon and some other London groups headed to the newly launched South Norwood parkrun for only its second event. Well organised, friendly and very importantly almost completely flat - all the runners enjoyed themselves - we can find out if there were any PBs later.

It was a great "recruitment" opportunity as well as our red t-shirts were a great conversation starter and everybody we spoke to loved the idea so hopefully a few new runners on a Tuesday evening.
