Today I headed out to grab a Sainsburys shop for Mr J.

After meeting him at his home and collecting the cash and list I had a lovely walk to Sainsburys and back. Mr J was happy to have his meals stocked up for another week.

It was a great excuse for me to get away from my computer and have a walk.
