Ms M had missed a parcel and wanted it collecting from the Royal Mail delivery office near her house. I popped round to hers to collect the delivery slip and a form of identification then nipped off to fetch it. Luckily the queues weren't too bad and I was back shortly after with the parcel for her, which she was very grateful for!
