Report written by Huw Davies
Brilliant work folks having a crack at the 30-20-10 intervals session. It's a cracking little session in that it is a form of interval training but you are always on the move. Worth incorporating into your training every couple of weeks for a little variety, hopefully you will see some benefit further along your running journeys!
Some reports in from those who gave it a go...

After I had pre-loaded my Garmin with my first ever training plan 😀 (the 30-20-10) started the 1k warm up section and off I went. Arrived at my running patch. Looked at my watch for inspiration 🤔 l couldn't figure it out so I counted for the three sessions looking at the Garmin occasionally! On the run home I finally twigged that the first session had already started in advance of reaching the starting point. Duh!

I'm a slow runner at the best of times, and these aren't the best of times, so it was really nice to have something to help impove my speed. I ran using my little timing device; I call him Jeff, because of Jeff Galloway. https://www.jeffgalloway.com/
I'm usually setting off to cycle to work around 5.30 in the morning, but today is holiday (yay!) yet I still found myself waking at the same time, and thought that it would be nice and quiet to run along the long straight flat path next the bypass. It wasn't quiet at all, and I missed hearing one of Jeff's beeps on the way back (you can see there are only 4 peaks on the last block - oops). I ended with a sprint finish to impress the neighbours, but there was no evidence of any of them being awake - they're missing out on the best part of the day.
Check out the Jeff Galloway stuff, I've always found it very interesting.
Stay safe, HD
