Last night our team of grisly Goodgym-ers ran and walked to carry out a challenging game of hide and SPOOK with litter at Victoria Park in Stretford.

We met at our usual HAUNT at St Matthews at 6.30 and welcomed Amy to the creepy crew and Meera back from her holidays with a good old chat and some ghoulish tunes. Great to have you on board!

The Halloween theme firmly embraced we warmed up and chatted about our news and the task ahead.

As this was a starter/ walkable session (we aim to do these around once a month to encourage everyone to join in) we floated round to nearby Victoria Park and did an evil team fitness task illuminated by our wicked selection of lighting.

Then we combed the park for litter using our brand new litter pickers kindly contributed by the Neighbourly fund. Thank you!

On our travels we discovered an eerie box lashed to the branches of a tree...the mystery remains unsolved.

Answers on a putrid postcard!

We filled two massive bags full of well hidden rotting rubbish and then whilst some of us walked home, a second team ran the long way round with the ghostly Louise leading the way!

Thank you and wonderful....hope you had a ghoulish time!

When we'd gathered our fearsome selves (and our wits) back at haunted base we stretched off, nattered about the tasks in the weeks ahead and got some admin done for verification of runners for Missions and Coach runs.

Well done and thanks to everyone for a frightfully fun filled and creepy night!

See you all next time!
