Kanika, Angela and Sheila set up a stall at the Volnteering Fair in Maidenhead Library. Our aim was to spread the word about Goodgym, looking for new members to come and join in with community missions as well as social visits and missions to help isolated older people. We spent an enthusiastic 3 hours, telling people what fun Goodgym is. We had quite a few interested people, so hopefully we may see some new faces at group runs soon. It was also a great opportunity to connect with our partner organisations and other groups that we already support
