Please accept my apologises for the late report - I have come down with a chest infection.

On Wednesday night we braved the cold chill in the air and headed out to help deliver some leaflets to promote the Woking Hospice Festive Fun Run and Christmas market.

Meeting at Woking Leisure Center, we welcomed back Sevan for his second group run with Woking and we were also joined by our newest member 'Jack' the dog. He loves a run and being outdoors so I am sure we will be seeing a lot more of him!

It was lovely seeing Alys and Rebecca again. With Adam going out of his way to get to GoodGym after being stuck in traffic. He just followed our location and met us out to help with delivering the leaflets.

There was no stopping us, split into Two teams - one on one side of the road with the other taking the other side. The variety of letter boxes along the way - we soon discovered the draught stoppers also didn't like flyers!

Next Week

Is a little different and this will be a social night. We will be meeting at 7pm at Super Bowl in Woking. If you have not booked - don't worry please come along, we will be going for drinks too.

Then on the 14th December - This will be out last Group Run of 2022 and we will be at foodbank in knaphill to help put together the food bags to be delivered!
