The week saw 11 of us head back to White City. We were delivering leaflets for Big Local and the Parkview Community Champions (as well as slipping some of our own GoodGym leaflets in for efficiency!). We covered around 300 flats and a LOT of stairs!

A 3km run there, 45 mins of jogging whilst flyering, followed by another 3km run home meant that the GPS trackers were super happy last night.

Sadly George's much talked about calf failed to make a notable appearance last night, but the entertainment came in our post-run attempts to complete the manequin challenge....in the face of some rather bemused, hecking locals! The manequin challenge video has made it onto the GGH&F socials page - check it out to see impressive giggle control in the face of such heckling!
