A big welcome to Poppy and Kieron who joined in last night on there first GoodGym group run.

Last night saw Wayne, Mark, James, Kieron and Poppy head to the Woking foodbank. They swept and mopped the floor helped move crates of tin cans. It's always such a great cause to help, and they have always been so welcoming.

After the foodbank, they headed back to Woking park for a mini bootcamp session, this included laps of the parks and a core workout. Getting beach body ready for the summer & teaching James what a crunchie is!!! Don't forget a body weight workout is the easiest workout for you to do anywhere!

A massive well done to Wayne and James who took on the Bagshot brutal... there some big horrible hills on that course so excellent effort! Wayne then took part in the Rough Runner event on the Sunday, i hear the blisters after Wayne's races where a hot topic on conversation!

A big thank you to Wayne and Mark for stepping up to help cover last night!!

NEXT WEEK - please meet at the WWF. don't worry James there will be no crunchies!!!
