Tonight we ran to help clear litter from the National Cycle Network with some adding de-littering around Abbey Park to boot!

Our celebration this evening was Stuart's 200th good deed, a fantastic achievement - well done! Having first attended the GoodGym New Year's starter session in January 2018, racking up 200 deeds of goodness in under 4 years is an almighty impressive stat.

We were delighted to welcome Sheila back to the fold on a rare netball free Tuesday night and great to see G&T join us from Derby again.

Plenty of litter bagged with aluminium all separated out for recycling on the completion of the task in Abbey Park.
