Found a lovely 8km route there through a deserted Camden, down Regents Canal and round Regents Park all in glorious sunshine. Mr S had a good list of things for me to get and luckily Sainsbury's had everything he wanted so he'll have enough supplies for a good number of meals in isolation. He was very grateful for the shopping and I am grateful for him getting me out on a big run (14km total). Mission Accomplished.
