For their final mission of the day, Kash and Sevan visited Mr A. He had grown up in Hull during the war and lived most of his life in the city. Recently, he'd moved to live in an annex at his daughter's house in Maidenhead to get more support.

Like their other beneficiaries today, Mr A described his early life and family. He worked hard to do the best for his children in less that ideal circumstances. He spoke about how the Second World War had devastated his home town (which Kash and Sevan weren't aware of) and about the effect of the war on other countries, like Poland. After the war, Mr A's job in shipping had allowed him to provide for his family, working at the docks to send all kinds of goods around the world.

The discussion touched on current affairs at the latest news from Gaza. Mr A was more interested in sports though. He was both a player and watcher of bowls and had some of his trophies lined up on the window sill. He said that he followed football and cricket too, supporting Manchester United. Surprisingly there was no mention of Hull City AFC.
