Last night 16 GoodGymers from Hounslow and Ealing joined Active360 for a Stand Up Paddleboarding session and Litterpick along the Thames to raise vital funds for London's Harbour Master.
Active360 donated their time during peak season to help to raise as much money as possible to go towards flights and potentially life saving treatment for Mark Towens as he battles brain cancer.
On one of the hottest days of the year we were treated to some fabulous skies and scenery as we paddled up to one of the islands by Brentford and then down stream past Strand on the Green.
We all stayed on our boards except for Remy's puppy Watson who was more keen on paddling / trying to comandeer Will's board.
The pictures speak for themselves, a great night was had by all and we raised £500 towards Mark's treatment. Huge thanks to Active360 for inviting us to join in. Read more about Mark and Joanne's story and support the cause here:
