Mr A needed some shopping done, but it's not easy to do as he lives on the top floor of his building and there's no lift. I popped over to give him a hand and he was super organised with a really clear list and cash to pay for it. The supermarket was close by, so it was a quick trip there and back (pausing only to call him and check on substitutions). It proved a good weight-bearing workout to get up the stairs with the shopping, but it was all worthwhile to see how pleased he was with getting some help.
