I jogged over to meet Ms F after work and finished off the workout by running up the many flights of stairs to get to her flat! Ms F talked me through her shopping list so I would know what she wanted and where to get it from. I did have to give her a ring to confirm some alternatives but I managed to get everything on the list. I dropped it off and Ms F was very grateful.
