I met Ms R and after a few minutes saying hello to her and her lovely cat Arthur, she explained the problem with her computer. I'm no tech expert but I set about understanding the issues with her emails and trying a few things to fix them. After some investigation I realised a call to the real tech experts at her service provider was required. We ran through the issues on the phone and thankfully we got it all sorted! Ms R was very grateful and I was pleased to have managed to help.
