I attended Alexandra Park Run today as a tail walker. I noticed a lady walking along so I asked if she would like some company . She said yes as it was her first time attending and wasn’t going to run it. We discussed the ethos of parkrun and she completed it. She was very pleased. She didn’t have a barcode as she hadn’t registered but the Run Director Cath sorted that out . It was a lovely morning despite the rain
