Take me to church
5 GoodGymers made their way 8.3km to help their local community in Stockport.

With the weather looking threatening, the brave souls of GG Stockport headed out of the comfort of Grand Central on the road toward tonights task which was helping clean and tidy a local church.
With many a traffic light on route this gave us a good chance to catch our breath.
Heading toward the rainbow we took our final turn into the church and found the correct entrance round the back of the church.
Our jobs for the eve included;
- Sweeping
- Litter Picking
- Drain clearing (yes, you heard correctly)
After a good session making the church gleam in the sunshine and showers we got a bit of cheeky fitness in. This week included;
- Meet & Retreat around the church
- Suicide Sprint Repeats
- Lunges (front & reverse)
- Frog Jumps
After grabbing bags we headed home in the humid and drizzly weather, which we were welcome of to cool us down.
We bid our fairwells back at base until another week.
Thanks for being such a great group, hope to see you all again sometime soon!
Happy Running :)
