I'm running out of autumn leaf puns, but for some reason everyone was finding it tough today, feeling tired and struggling through the change in weather. This is where goodgym team spirit steps in - without the accountability of meeting for a group run, we likely wouldn't have made it out tonight and snuggled up on the sofa instead.
