Oh no! Due to miscommunication, we didn't go to Stokes Croft.

Phew! Chris B must have been a Scout or at least a Cub, as he was well prepared with bags and gloves, and a Plan (tm). We run to the start of the Bristol to BathPath and had a swift litter pick.

A big welcome to two new Good Gymmers - Rachel and Devon. Devon is probably the youngest member of our pack, being only two .I suspect Rachel is a bit older but it's rude to ask.

Anyway, we found the usual mixture of human detritus - cans, bottles and food wrappers. Chris (the other Chris, its compulsory to have at least one Chris on each run, and we try and get two along, just in case something happens..) upped the litter picking game and found a load of wood but Nick won the prize for most obscure litter; an ironing board!

Once we'd blitzed the path,we pelted over to Temple Quay where we did a mini boot camp, and then some 180 bpm tempo training, to boost our running cadence. Did it work? Only time will tell, but we certainly put on a magnificent performance for the punters at a near-by Weatherspoons pub before gallivanting off back to Roll for the Soul.

Great stuff, team - come back for more fitness fun and community helping challenges soon!
