Raull started Saturday early by setting up the course at Perry Hall parkrun. A special one today as it was celebrating International Women’s Day. He had intended to join us and run at Walsall Arboretum, but spent a great time with Imogen walking around the park, and decided to leave on time for his run in Telford later. Which I think was the smart move.
