Well those that came - LOVED it which cheers us up right!!! I have to say I am a happy trainer when I hear the only thing missing is a burpee as there is always room for more.
To those that missed it I feel sad for you but it's always out there ; - )
Not sure you will have your own BODHI COACH to keep watch but have a crack anyway!
