The rainiest food parcel delivery shift yet! Wow, I have never cycled in rain like that! Navigating the 'streets' (actually now rivers) of Southwark to deliver another 7 food parcels to families in isolation. Spent a lot of the two hours thinking about whether anyone has developed windscreen wipers for cyclists' sunglasses? I would definitely invest! Got all the parcels delivered and headed home across a eerily empty, rainy Burgess Park for a hot shower and celebration of finally reaching my 100th good deed!
