The funnel countdown
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Greenwich.

Sunday is Eltham junior parkrun day.
Three GoodGymers joined other volunteers to make the event happen. We donned the parkrun hi-viz jackets and assumed our roles: briefing the new runners, marshaling the course, managing the finishing funnel and helping pack up afterwards.
