Report written by Pennie Varvarides
This week 6 marvelous GoodGym-ers ran 5km to clear litter.
It was raining as we made our way to the centre but it had cleared up by the time it was time to run. We were wearing a variety of festive hats including reindeer antlers, santa hats and Dave's awesome glittery Christmas tree hat!!
To warm up we jogged into a circle and did some jumps, squats and bunny hops. No Burpees today with the soaking wet ground. Though that didn't put Dave off doing a plank.
The original task fell through so we headed to the park for a bit of litter picking.
Santa had his sac filled with Crimbo Good Gym cheer.
Everybody worked mega hard this year (and tonight) - and even helped write the run report! Team work at its finest!
We are currently in the Ethiopian restaurant nearby celebrating a wonderful year!
The Good Gym-er elves departed with littered stockings. Merry Festivities Folks.
See you in Jan! Pennie, Julie, Cathy, Dave, Sarah and Nurjehan !
