After both failing to get up in time for parkrun, Snoozy Suze and Kaylied Kim (snuggled under her beloved new GG bobble hat!) arrived on a cold and frosty morning to an immaculate looking front garden, which Mrs. S later explained had been tidied up by some GGs a few weeks earlier - nice one guys!! So we set about the challenge of doing an equally good job on the back garden.

Our first task was to tackle an impressively sprawling nasturtium, which had managed to grow all along the wall and even into the garage, but had recently succumbed to the frost and needed removing. Still being a bit sleepy we forgot to get any before photos to show the extent of the growth, but luckily it had completely given up on life and was easy to remove from the wall.

Having made short work of the nasturtium we moved onto weeding and tidying the rest of the garden. Mrs. S offered a selection of tools, but despite the Christmas do hangover Kim's prepacked mission rucksack had everything covered.

"Would you like some gardening gloves?"

"Got some" (2 pairs)

"How about a trowel?"

"Got that"

"Some seceteurs?"

"Got them"

"Bags for gardening waste?"

"Got loads!"

She even had a teaspoon. Who knows why.

After giving the garden a general tidy up we did make use of one of Mrs. S's tools - the rake, which is apparently too big to carry around in the mission rucksack. Fingers crossed for a collapsible one for Christmas!
