we collected dumped rubbish along the back of the Olympic stadium managing to fill up a whole bin liner with General rubbish including the odd Mc Donald's paper bag. It felt as if we struck gold when Maria actually pulled out a whole bin bag that had been dumped by the side of the green way.

Having had such a successful night, we ran back to The London Aquatics Centre in high spirits for some shuttle runs, stair climbs (Rocky style) a tiny glute challenge and a few stretches to round the night up in true Goodgym fashion.

Congrats to Maria (1 min 24 secs) and Ivo (1 min 21 secs )for beating the male and female records on the shuttles last night and big congrats to Alice and Rodrigo for a 5 star effort.
