OK it is apple rather than holly, but it’s almost Christmas and I had started the mission in festive snow, meteorological pedants may have called it sleety drizzle. I think that it is the 3rd attack on the ivy that was killing off Mr J’s apple tree. Will need one more effort to clear and then prune the tree. Then a whole heap of work clearing the ivy on the ground. Had feline company for some of the mission.
