As we have all been sitting for way too long in recent weeks, tonight's session was a stretch session with some yoga moves.
Having had a quick catch up, we focused on our breathing and relaxed into several poses to support and strengthen our core, lower and upper body.
Once finished, Laura's cat showed us some unattainable stretches. It was great to introduce Lil to dome new stretches too.
