Today I went for litter picking in the neighborhood and covered 3km along Ockwells Road and back on Shoppenhangers, "my favorite". Since I'd found lots of litter at the start and not so much further on (hurray to that!), it meant that I had to carry my two heavy sacks, rubbish and recycling, all the way. A good upper arm exercise, I will ache tomorrow...!
