Mrs R needed some help tidying up her lovely garden which had been invaded by some very thorny weeds, with very thick woody branches.

She was a delight to meet and eager to provided us with the equipment needed, offers of tea and lunch (politely declined), and plenty of advice on relationships...

Mrs R was very grateful for the mission and is keen to have more GoodGym volunteers around to help her in the future. We both headed home for a glass of wine on Mrs R's orders!
