A great race was run by at least 8 of the Sheffield GoodGymers, with multiple PBs achieved and doing the Red and Black GG shirts proud.

It was a chilly start to the morning of the 2018 Sheffield 10k, but a dry and fine day that bode well for a speedy race ahead.

A few that could met up for a group photo and team talk to get us in the mood. Then marvelous Mike led a quick warm up lap before heading to the starting pens.

Sheffield folk were out in numbers and showing fine form in supporting and cheering along the route, as is the usual way for the city. Special shout out to Steve for pre-race send off, Annie Mays, Becky and Hannah for support on route, and all the volunteers and pacers helping out on the day.
