The weather was dry and the bank holiday spirit was defiantly in the air as two Goodgym runners headed to Blackheath common to help Mrs K with a touch of decorating. Booth arrived with phone in hands with the Google maps voice over lady stating that we have arrived at our location.

After a quick hand shakes & introductions we buzzed away at Mrs K's intercom booth uncertain if we had buzzed the right house! but sure enough we were greeted by Mrs K and a warm welcome she gave.

After introducing our selves and being shown what we needed to paint we set about our task. We had some Furniture to move & cover up & some paper to put down as to make sure we didn't splatter Mrs K's carpet & then we were off. I must say Graham's painting technique was great considering the brush he was using was huge, it reminded me of those huge props that were used in the background of famous 90's TV art programme "Art Attack"! I referred myself to Graham as being known as the cutting in king back in my native land but I soon showed myself up but getting paint somewhere I shouldn't of, but I did not fear as I knew my Goodgym running top would double as a great smear cloth.

Mrs K was extremely welcoming offering tea & biscuits & telling us running story's that she used to participating when she was younger & how crazy we both are for participating in the dreaded 26.2 races.

An hour an a half had passed & we had finished just enough time to move all the furniture back eat the final ginger nut biscuits & unveil our work to Mrs K.

Great report. The photos don't do your cutting in justice.
