Saturday mission in the sun : Steph arrived at Ms A flat who was very happy to see him arrive as she was looking forward to use her garden again. Ms A brought Steph through the flat to the back garden and said she had no courage to open the back door as the garden was in a mess and overgrowing. She mentioned that at her age she could not look after it as she used to do : in her 80's and she did not look like it!!!Went to the garden and it was taken over by leaves, tree branches from the back woods, weed, rubbish(probably due to recent wind) and a lot of silent slugs...the escargots. Not to forget spiders who cob webbed their design across the corners of the garden. The flower beds were invaded by a lot of weed and the slow slugs. Steph cleaned the paved garden and removed the weed and moss on the bricks, picked the rubbish and cleared the flowers beds. Also mended the fence with pieces of wood that were placed previously by Ms A. Steph moved the slugs with houses to a new location on the other side of the fence in the small woods by Ms A garden. They went for a snailcation in the woods away from Ms A garden and fence. No snails or spiders were hurt during the relocation. At the end of 90 minutes Ms A was super delighted with her clean garden. On his way out, put the bins away for Ms A.
