I got message from Lambeth Mutual Aid asking for help with shopping who is in isolation. As I had no real plan except doing my own shop I duly offered to help. Lenka and I got the GoodGyMobile and drove to Asda in a Clapham Junction. It was a very meaty shopping list which meant I was in one aisle mainly plus a visit to get juice and Lucozade. We got our own shop done too (multi tasking at another level) , drove to Ms C and delivered her shopping. Still buzzing from the GoodGym 48 Hour Relay we were both happy to help out still adding good vibes to an eventful Bank Holiday weekend despite the circumstances.
