Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
6 amazing Goodgymmers ran 3km and did some glorious paint work for Hestia sheltered accommodation!
It was a frosty evening but that didn't stop 6 amazing runners brushing with coldness and rolling up to the Paintacular this Tuesday! Hehehe. Temperatures were at around 0 degrees and I could not feel my fingers but a few minutes of running soon sorted that and, adorned in a bobble hat I was soon too hot! Graham broke even less of a sweat than usual and everyone was up the hill before we knew it and into the delightful warmth of the sheltered accommodation.
This week saw the introduction of a new and wonderful tool, the extra long roller brush, so thankyou so much Sandra as it made the 'Graham work' even easier! Jonathan was a speedster with the paint brush (as well as the running!) and Ankit's attention to detail was truly superb (ah we didn't get any flapjacks in this week Ankit!). Talking of flapjacks, Lisa couldn't get mince pies off the brain. I mean, I just love mince pies!!
Emily and Jan's fine paintwork was equally as good as the other's ;)and, having received several good tv viewing recommendations for these dark nights we were finished before we knew it! We do not skirt(ingboard) around the issues here at GGEaling!
And then it was a dash back to the warmth of Bodyline Studio, with Jonathan and Graham taking an extra long and hilly detour to get some sprintz in for the evening because, why the heck not!
Another glorious, wonderful and energetic, laughter and adjective filled evening was had and I can't think of a better way to spend a Tuesday evening ever! Sign up to next week's fun here.
