The golden trainer was a little different this year, it was run later in the year than usual and in small groups. Jen even did her run on a different day!

The one thing that remained normal was that everyone underestimated their ability! It was definitely trickier this year as none of us have done any racing or even much speed training.

Our podium finishers were all within 10 seconds of their predicted times so the pacing is definitely getting better! Congratulations to Rich on winning the trainer with a super quick run round the park! And well done to Maura and India on their silver and bronze positions
