Today, Ruth and I headed over to Mrs G's to help the hospital team get her home ready for her discharge from hospital.

Ruth joined me for my first ever mission three and a half years ago, so it was great to catch up at this one.

On arrival, we met one of the team who has been involved in Mrs G's hospital dicharge - she gave us access, and showed us what needed moving out front. A bed, mattress, and rug needed to be taken out front ready for a council collection.

As we were finishing up, the Medequip van arrived to deliver the equipment Mrs G can use to live safely and comfortably when she comes home. Mission accomplished!
