Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Michael Kidd
Saturday morning in Nunhead saw Clare and I meeting to sort out Mrs J’s garden. This was a mission indeed as the grass was at least a foot high but we set to work cutting and mowing, entertained by a local cat and the neighbour’s coop of chickens. It turns out that cocks crow at all hours, not just dawn.
Within the space of an hour, the garden was unrecognisable (in a good way) and we’d filled the entire garden wheely bin. Another trip is required to put the finishing touches on but we left a very grateful Mrs J to enjoy her new garden.
